Overview

BusinessForensics, now known as cleversoft Forensics B.V. since its rebranding in September 2023, was acquired by the cleversoft group in 2020. It provides financial crime prevention solutions, including KYC/CDD, AML, sanctions surveillance, and special investigations software for banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions in the Netherlands and internationally.

Its ForensicCloud solution, now cleverForensics, includes a Client Risk Intelligence module that monitors and aggregates customer risk using a proprietary scoring model to assign an integrity risk score per customer and scenario. This is delivered as a cloud-first, hosted platform, with ForensicCloud 2.0 hosted on Microsoft Azure.
