Macaw is a cloud-based agency management system built on open-source technology that addresses the complete value chain of insurance brokers, MGAs, and underwriting managers from CRM to accounting. The platform covers customer relationship management, opportunity management, quotation processing, automated underwriting and rating, policy issuance, policy servicing functions (endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements), claims recording, and accounting functions.
