Overview

PowerLender, an IBT Apps company, is an end-to-end loan origination system that supports a wide range of loan types including mortgage, consumer, commercial, home equity, construction, multifamily, non-QM, manufactured housing, SBA, C&I, energy efficiency, ag/farm, land and lot, commercial real estate, equipment, and investment loans. The platform can be deployed as a traditional client/server LOS or as a hosted online configuration, serving banks, credit unions, and State Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs).

The system features business rules-based configurability for customization of screens, forms, reports, and workflow without programming. It integrates with over 70 third-party service providers, including GSEs (Fannie Mae DU, Freddie Mac LPA), flood, credit, MI, compliance, servicing, automated underwriting, appraisal, e-signatures, imaging, title, and secondary marketing systems. PowerLender includes LoanPilot, a point-of-sale system for borrower self-service applications via PC or mobile device.
