CREx Software provides CREx OS, a platform that consolidates property management data from third-party property managers into a single governed record for institutional commercial real estate owners. Daily feeds from property management systems including Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Entrata and ResMan are validated against rules for chart-of-accounts mapping and rent-roll accuracy, with exceptions tracked for resolution.

On top of that record, the platform automates investment reporting and the quarterly close, with cell-level sign-offs and audit trails. CREx OS sits above existing property management systems rather than replacing them, and each license includes a named operator who manages data quality and report delivery. The company also offers Deal Intelligence for underwriting and deal screening.
