Go.AI
On-premises AI infrastructure for banks, credit unions and insurers: appliance, operating system, assistant and governance layer.
Overview
Go.AI (formerly Go Abacus) builds on-premises AI infrastructure for regulated industries, including banks, credit unions, insurers and healthcare organizations. The platform is designed so that sensitive data stays inside the institution's own environment rather than being sent to a cloud model provider, with interaction logging and governance controls intended to stand up to regulatory examination.
The product line comprises the Go1 appliance (a pre-configured on-premises AI server), Go.OS (the operating layer that runs models and manages access), Index Studio (which indexes core systems, document stores and data warehouses in place for retrieval), Go Assist (an enterprise assistant for customer inquiries, policy questions and compliance checks, with each interaction logged) and Go Studio (a policy-governance layer controlling what the AI knows and who can change it). The vendor reports SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and HIPAA certifications and is headquartered in Chicago.
