Overview

Metromile Enterprise, now known as EIS ClaimSmart products, licenses claims automation and fraud-detection technology to large P&C insurance carriers. This includes modules like Report (digital First Notice of Loss), Detect (AI-driven fraud detection), Replay (accident recreation), and Streamline (process automation and digital claims experience). The platform aims to reduce claims leakage, loss adjustment expense, and fraud losses.

The business was originally Metromile's Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) unit. Following Lemonade's acquisition of Metromile in July 2022, the EBS unit was divested to EIS Group in August 2022. It continues to operate as a cloud-based SaaS offering under EIS Group, integrated into their ClaimSmart product suite.
