Procentia offers IntelliPen, a fully online pensions administration and management software platform designed for pension schemes of all types and sizes and the Bulk Purchase Annuities/Pension Risk Transfer market. The cloud-based system supports DB, DC, CDC, Hybrid, Career Average, Annuities, Income Draw-down, and Cash Balance schemes. It features a sub-one-second calculation engine (IntelliCalcs), payroll and payments (IntelliPay), self-service web portals (IntelliSite), accounting and cashflow (IntelliCount), and Pensions Dashboard connectivity (Intelli-ISP).

The platform emphasizes automation, configuration, and member self-service, enabling pensioners and members to obtain quotes, select options, verify identity, and initiate retirement payments online. Procentia has specialized in pensions technology since 2002 and is majority-owned by BT Pension Scheme Management (now Brightwell).
