- Medicare Advantage here is coordinated care plans (local and regional), private fee-for-service and medical savings account plans. Stand-alone prescription drug plans are shown separately; PACE, cost and HCPP plans, which are other Medicare health plans, are left out.
- Month-to-month changes are largest at the start of a plan year, when the annual enrollment period takes effect.
